This Penthouse Apartment was designed for the use of being a show-home. The contemporary, trend influenced furnishings and finishes visualise an affulent lifestyle to any prospective buyers.

A luxury, modern and eclectic design was developed. The internal floorplan was reconfigured to maximise the properties potiential. The architectural form and structure of the Penthouse Apartment allowed creation of an adequate floorplan that reflects aspirational, upscale living. 

All interior rooms; lounge, kitchen, dining room, bathrooms, home office and bedroom were designed for this project. Alongside this, the penthouse terrace was staged.
