This modern home extension and renovation has been designed as part of a Work Experience Project. Aimed to begin construction in February 2026, the designs shown here were used as the Design Proposal to help the client visualise the intended space.

The interior focuses on an open plan layout within an updated 1970s cottage style semi-detached house. Zoning has been accomplished to divide the space into functional areas whilst still allowing for merging of these, when required. 

The design included the renovation of the ground floor, including hallways, lounge, kitchen, dining, utility room and W.C.

The end result is a practical, stylish and modern family home.
